About us

Who We Are:
We are a nonprofit social enterprise based in Frankfurt am Main and Mannheim, dedicated to creating a meaningful impact and fostering educational equity.

Our Vision:
At ZuBaKa, we strive to ensure that children and young people, regardless of their background or social circumstances, have access to the resources they need to succeed in the education system. We aim to promote a positive self-image, strengthen language skills, and inspire the courage to develop and share their own ideas. Together with schools and local communities, we work to establish sustainable structures for long-term support.

What We Do:
We support school classes with a high percentage of children and young people from immigrant backgrounds. Our Zukunftslots*innen work with these classes throughout an entire school year, offering tailored educational programs. Additionally, ZuBaKa organizes holiday camps that focus on empowerment, social skills, and language development.
