About us
Pencils For Hope e.V. is a non-profit organization supporting children in Tanzania to find a way to a better life. The first step out of poverty is education. Our aim therefore is to enable the children to attend school.
Our first projects support a primary school attended by 1200 pupils in one of the remotest areas of Tanzania. We have personally visited the school several times and witnessed the urgent need of support. The children are eager to knowledge and help here will go a long way.
In collaboration with our local partner we were able to realize several projects already, creating a better environment both for the pupils and teachers.

Spendengelder, die nicht mehr für das Projekt ausgegeben werden können
Liebe Spender,
bei Projekten, bei denen Spendengelder über einen langen Zeitraum hinweg nicht angefordert wurden, sehen das Gesetz und unsere Nutzungsbedingungen vor, dass die Spenden von der gut.org gemeinnützigen AG (Betreiberin von betterplace.org) zeitnah für deren satzungsmäßige Zwecke verwendet werden müssen.
Deshalb setzen wir die noch nicht verwendeten Spendengelder für diese Zwecke ein
