About us
Who are we?
Save Poor Children in Asia Organization (S.C.A.O) is a Cambodian, Non-Governmental Organization. Since the opening of the school in 2007, two schools have been built in the outskirts of Phnom Penh. A third school is under construction and will open its doors this summer for new students, teachers and volunteers. Beside the student’s education in the Cambodian Public Schools, there are 350 students that attend our schools every day and gain free education in different areas such as English and Computer Knowledge. Moreover, the students also have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of projects including Dance-, Musical- and German classes, as well as a different short-term projects such as Guitar, Football and Art lessons.
