About us
The Triratna Buddhist Community Berlin (Buddhistische Gemeinschaft Triratna Berlin e.V.) is a registered charity established to support the practice and teaching of Buddhism. Our Buddhist centre in Berlin is called “Buddhistisches Tor Berlin” (Buddhist Gate Berlin). At the centre we offer a variety of activities and events where people can engage with a living Buddhist tradition.
The centre is supported mainly by donations and the low fees for the events and classes. We do not receive any financial support from private organisations or offical institutions.
The Triratna Buddhist Community Berlin (Buddhistische Gemeinschaft Triratna Berlin e.V.) is an independent charity linked to the international Triratna community (founded 50 years ago in the UK). The Triratna community consists of numerous charities in some twenty countries around the world.

Wir haben 1.636,96 € Spendengelder erhalten
Mit diesem Geld haben wir zum Abschluss der Kampagne "Schönheit in unseren Räumen" noch mehr Glanz und Frische ins Buddhistische Tor gebracht.
Hier ein paar highlights: In der Bibliothek leuchten nun Deckenstrahler. Und alle Fenster strahlen nach einem Frühjahrsputz mit viel Engagement und dank professionellem Fensterputzmaterial. Die trockengelegte Kellerwand zeigt nun ihre wahre Natur als Klinkerwand und die Fenster im unteren Meditationsraum wurden zu Doppelfenstern aufgerüstet. Last but not least gibt es für erhöhte Hygiene nun in allen WCs Papierhandtuchspender und Tretabfalleimer.Danke für Eure großzügigen Spenden und die tatkräftige Hilfe bei der Vollendung dieser Projekte!
