About us

pro familia Augsburg has supported people in the region for 50 years and is a key contact point for questions on sexuality, relationships, pregnancy and family planning. As the provider of a state-recognised counselling centre, we offer support in pregnancy and early parenthood, mandatory pregnancy conflict counselling, family planning, contraception, sexual education, and relationship and sexuality counselling. Our services are open to everyone, regardless of background, age, identity or life situation.

Several of our projects are volunteer-based and receive no public funding. To maintain these important services and continue supporting people in challenging situations, we rely on donations.

pro familia Augsburg e. V. is politically and religiously independent, recognised as a non-profit organisation, and a member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation and the Paritätischer Welfare Association.
