About us
Since 2016, jobs4refugees has been a strong partner for refugees and businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our social enterprise supports refugees in their professional development and integration into the German-speaking job market, empowering them to build a self-determined life.
As an interface between refugees, employers, and civil society, we contribute to improving mutual understanding and breaking down the barriers faced by job-seekers with refugee backgrounds. Through our training programs, counseling, and job placement services, we assist newly arrived individuals in finding their place in society and confidently shaping their lives.
We specifically promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, enabling companies to benefit from a diverse workforce.
In doing so, we strengthen society as a whole.

Wir haben 654,90 € Spendengelder erhalten
Salah arrived in Germany in October 2025 and reached out to us shortly thereafter. Donations make it possible for us to support participants like Salah through structured, free-of-charge programs that improve their access to the German labor market.
With the help of these funds, Salah was able to take part in our in-person AI course in Berlin. Over the course of one week, he learned alongside 15 other participants from diverse professional backgrounds. The program provided practical knowledge on how artificial intelligence is transforming the workplace, while also creating a supportive learning environment where participants could connect, share experiences, and build professional networks.
Donations also enable us to organize and facilitate networking opportunities with partner companies. As part of the program, Salah attended a networking event, where he gained insights into the practical use of AI across industries and discussed individual career paths with professionals. This helped him better understand his opportunities and position his skills within the German job market.Beyond the training itself, donated funds support our ongoing, individualized guidance. After completing the course, Salah continues to receive support from our team, including regular coaching sessions at our office. We assist him with preparing applications, navigating interviews, and defining his professional goals.Through this continuous support, which is made possible by donations, Salah is actively working toward securing employment that matches his qualifications as an electrical engineer.
