About us

Hapa Resources works to support youth empowerment training and skills development. We are registered with Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) as a social enterprise. We work to provide comprehensive approaches to challenges related to youth empowerment and information resources in communities.
In doing so, HRU establishes partnerships aimed at; engaging in ICT development initiatives that have direct linkages to:
Skills Development-Youth and ICT Promotion,
Youth Micro-Enterprise Development and Youth Employ-ability, and
Education, Information and E-Services for Schools
