About us

The "Action for Children with Cancer Heidelberg" (Aktion für krebskranke Kinder e.V. Heidelberg) pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes. Since 1983, we have made it our mission to address the needs of children with cancer and their families. We aim to improve the situation for affected children and their families in the pediatric cancer ward. This primarily includes the "Kinderplanet" sibling care program and parent accommodation, which allows parents to stay overnight close to their child or simply rest.
