About us
Solid Africa is a Rwanda NGO/not for profit organisation that supports the needs of the most vulnerable patients in Rwanda public referral hospitals. In order to do so Solid Africa provides the following care: a daily feeding programme, payment of medical expenses for the most socio-economically challenged and for special cases, items including crutches and wheelchairs, provision of hygiene and sanitation products such as soap, toilet paper, sanitary pads and clean water provision, payment for release of held-in cases, where people cannot leave the hospital until they pay their bills, transportation for repatriation back to their homes. The largest activity is the feeding programme.
