About us
Riding for children & young people at KJRFV Zehlendorf e.V.
Berlin's largest children's riding school is a somewhat different sports club for ALL children, regardless of their background. At the same time, the horse experience is easily accessible for our approximately 460 younger and older club members up to the age of 18 in a metropolis like Berlin and is more than just a sport for everyone.
An inclusive club life of people with and without impairments is part of the everyday life of our non-profit association. Be it in cooperation with support institutions and schools, in the inclusive riding groups in the riding school or in our club activities all year round.
Our 100 or so school horses and ponies are kept outside in a herd all year round. Even in their animal retirement, they are lovingly cared for by us until the end of their lives.

Happy New Year / Today Betterplace increases your donations by 25% again
The great result of the previous campaigns has spontaneously motivated Betterplace to start one last matching campaign in 2025 today, 28.12.2025 until 11:59 pm. The 28th of December is therefore called: Winter Matching #5!
On this last Sunday of the year, Betterplace will provide another 10,000 € for everyone and thus also increase your individual donation for our project by 25% to a maximum of 25 euros, as long as the budget lasts. Have a good start to the New Year, for which we wish you many happy moments!
