About us
Constituted in 1984 as a a.s.b.l., Jugend- an Drogenhëllef functions as a Foundation since 1998. It is officially agreed by the Ministry for Health in Luxembourg. The social goal of the Foundation consists in the installation of structures to assist drug users, addicted people, but also their relatives.
