About us
Sri Aurobindo Yoga Mandir Ashram is a school, an orphanage that hosts over 100 children. Besides this it is a very special sustainable organic farm, that provides water and milk, organic food for the ashram, the poor in the sourrounding and Kathmandu.
The founder and president of Sri Aurobindo Yoga Mandir is Ramchandra (Chandra Mani Bhusal). In 21 years he set up this unique place for orphans and poor pupils. Before the earthquake the ashram was able to supply themselves and finance independently the orphanage and school.
All donations go directly to Ramchandra, who will spend it first for water supply and then for the set up of buildings.
