About us

For 65 years, HHO has supported individuals with and without disabilities through services in education, employment, and housing. Our work follows a person-centered approach that values each individual’s circumstances, strengths, and needs, while actively involving people with disabilities in organizational processes.

Around 2,100 staff members work daily with approximately 5,500 individuals across educational programs, vocational settings, residential and care services, as well as advisory and administrative units. Together, they promote self-determined participation and inclusion.

HHO is a trusted partner for individuals, families, municipalities, businesses, and civil society, and remains committed to advancing an inclusive society in which people with disabilities can participate on equal terms.
