About us

Mum / Dad has cancer" looks after and accompanies children and adolescents in whose families a parent or sibling has cancer in a stressful life situation and their entire family through versatile and free help that can only be sustained through donations and grants . As a non-profit organization, we finance our work and our offers almost exclusively through donations and voluntary donations. We offer our large range of psycho-oncological and experiential education offers with our psycho-oncologist and team of advisors free of charge to affected families, because affected families often experience not only an emotional but also a financial crisis.

In order to maintain and expand the work of the Rhineland-Palatinate Cancer Society within the scope of this project, the support association "Mama / Papa hat Krebs" e.V. was founded in Kaiserslautern.
