11 million people in Germany suffer from tinnitus and hearing disorders. The causes for tinnitus are still largely unknown. It is high time that research is better supported! That’s what the German Tinnitus Foundation Charité does. Together with their young volunteers, they do a great deal for youth prevention – so as to prevent the suffering from occurring in the first place!
What many people don’t know: everyone can get tinnitus, no matter what age, gender or profession. The disease is often caused by noise, but also by stress.
A particular target group of the foundation are adolescents, because especially among young people the number of people suffering from tinnitus is rising fast.

Filme über Tinnitus-Aufklärung auf Festivals online

Leider sind nicht ausreichend Spenden für das 2016 geplante große Filmprojekt zusammengekommen. Dennoch konnten wir mit den Beträgen, die über betterplace eingegangen sind, sowie mit finanzieller Unterstützung des Kreises der Förderer in den vergangenen zwei Jahren einige Kurzfilme über die Arbeit unserer Volunteers auf großen Musikfestivals drehen. Unser Dank gilt vor allem Yannik Rapp, der die kreative Umsetzung quasi pro bono übernommen hat. Die Videos findet Ihr in unserem YouTube-Channel:
