Strengthening the self-confidence of children and teenagers by doing sport and supporting educational work on HIV/Aids
By doing sport we would like to promote to build a positive relationship with the children and teenagers and create an atmosphere of trust, which puts them into a position to talk more freely about sensitive subjects. Sport enables children and teenagers to gain positive experience, to develop their talents, to build up social contacts and to increase physical and mental strength.
Strengthen and protect girls by doing sport – and reducing prejudice from boys. We would like to give girls the opportunity to strengthen their self-confidence by success. Boys get to know the strength of girls in sport and thereby reduce their prejudice towards girls. According to studies early sexual activity among girls who participate in sport is reduced.
Fewer children and teenagers with incomplete school education, by improved learning facilities. We intend to improve learning conditions by providing meals in schools, additional desk and chairs and better school accommodations.
