Der Hausbau in Samar läuft hervorragend. Vor allem nach einem zweiten Sturm im letzten Herbst ist es für die Leute vor Ort ein wichtiges Hoffnungszeichen, Häuser zu besitzen, die einem solchen auch Stand halten können.
