PLAYGROUNDS FOR THE WORLD unterstützt das Recht von Kindern auf freies Spiel. Wir organisieren Bewegungsspielplätze für benachteiligte Kinder in der ganzen Welt. Die Spielplätze sind nachhaltig angelegt und wirken daraufhin die Lebensverhältnisse von Kindern langfristig zu verbessern. Bei der Errichtung zählen wir auf die Unterstützung der lokalen Bevölkerung und Auftragnehmer vor Ort. Spielplätze bewirken auch auf niedrigstem sozialen Niveau eine positive Stadtentwicklung. In Städten mit einer hohen Armutsquote sind Spielplätze ein Zeichen gegen Hoffnungslosigkeit und Verfall. So bauen wir nicht nur Kinderspielplätze, sondern geben auch Gemeinden einen wirtschaftlichen Anstoß.

Dear friends and supporters of PLAYGROUNDS FOR THE WORLD,
Fresh HOPES, Fresh PLANS, Fresh FEELINGS, Fresh EFFORTS, Fresh COMMITMENT. We welcome 2019 with a new project, with a Fresh ATTITUDE! We have some good news! Starting in January 2019 a new pedagogic project for marginalized children will be implemented in cooperation with our partner organization in Kenya. For 300 orphans and vulnerable this means improving their school environment with
• Cement floors for 6 classrooms
• Electricity for 6 classrooms
• A new Adventure Playground
• School desks and teaching materials for 300 children
• 6 computers
• Educational training for teachers
