Founded in 1998, Chi Heng Foundation (CHF) is a registered charity based in Hong Kong working in China on --
(1) HIV education and prevention;
(2) Education sponsorship and care for children impacted by AIDS.
Chi Heng has 9 offices in China, 30 staff and many volunteers.
