About us
InnovEd is a non-profit organization that aims to create a platform for student-run projects at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH. It aspires to make the world a better place to live in. The projects are focused on emerging markets and involve both the engineering and business aspects.
An important criteria for projects to be accepted as an InnovEd project is that there is long-sightedness and a clear plan for how the project should persist when the initial students move on. InnovEd is run by a group of current and recent students that all have a broad ranging experience within different kinds of projects and specifically in a current InnovEd project – the small scale windmill. The future goal is for InnovEd to be an obvious platform for social entrepreneurship and engineering at KTH that will help projects with infrastructure, marketing and funding.
