About us
GHI is a registered NGO in Kenya and currently based in Machakos County_Eastern Province. The organization was incorporated in 2011 and registered in Kenya under the NGOs Co-ordination Board in January 2012. Its thematic areas are in Energy, Education, Health, Agriculture and Environment.
GHI’s objectives are focused at accelerating access to Sustainable Rural Livelihoods while mitigating causes and the impacts of climate change at household level and ensure equity in education to close the education-poverty circles in rural communities.
The organization has a fully operational Board of Directors and an Advisory Committee drawn from areas related to the organization’s fields of intervention.
The current organizational team consists of a CEO, Executive Manager, Projects Co-ordinator and a Projects Engineer.
