About us
Majirani was founded in beginning of 2007 from Daniela Fries and Christiane Gudelius, after there were 1.5 years contacts via e-mail to Uganda, a German student and a person from Switzerland, who knew the project WCN-Mbale already from their visits.
Since November 21st, 2007 Majirani is registered at the register of associations under the number VR 3265 and is accepted as nonprofit of the tax office Heidelberg, Germany. The committee consists of Meike Bosserhoff, Christiane Gudelius and Daniela Fries.
There we try to find sponsors for needy chidlren in Mbale / Uganda. And through project work we give support to strengthen self-help.
