As a result of tremendous progress in science and thanks to the work of activists all around the world, the fight against AIDS is at a crucial point. For the first time in the history of the disease, an end of AIDS is possible. However, financial resources are still scarce and decreasing. The topic has lost public attentions dramatically. That’s where dotHIV approaches.
dotHIV has established the domain ending .hiv- the first and only address-ending that solely serves a social cause: the end of AIDS. Website with an .hiv-ending become a symbol of solidarity. .hiv domains are digital Red Ribbons. Thus, they generate visibility fort he topic HIV and AIDS and generate new funds in order o support committed people all over the world.
