About us
Gomba Development Association (GODEA) is a local Community Based Organisation that was created to improve the livelihoods of the vulnerable groups of people in the area, and the focus has been put mainly on women and children.
GODEA has inolved women in income generating activities such as Poultry and Crop farming. It has supported children in education through providing scholarstic materials.
The organisation is intendinding to help families that are headed by grand parents as a result of loss of parents due to HIV/AIDS, as most of these families are starving since these old women can hardly work hard to feed these orphaned children.
