Satzung des gemeinnützigen e.V.

§ 1 Name, Sitz, Zweck

(1) Der Name des Vereins lautet

„______Lethal Injustice Rob Will_________________________________________“.

Er soll in das Vereinsregister eingetragen werden.

Nach der Eintragung führt er den Namenszusatz „e.V.“

(2) Er hat seinen Sitz in

_______Leipzig___________________________________________________.

(3) Der Zweck des Vereins ist:

Zweck des Vereins ist der nationale und internationale Kampf gegen die Todesstrafe, Folterung, Misshandlung und Verfolgung Unschuldiger, sowie die finanzielle, moralische und emotionale Unterstützung der Verteidigung dieser Menschen.

Förderung der Hilfe für politisch, rassistisch oder religiös Verfolgte sowie Hilfe für Opfer von Straftaten.

Förderung der Rettung aus Lebensgefahr.

Förderung der Fürsorge für Strafgefangene und ehemalige Strafgefangene.

Die Bevölkerung aufzuklären und für das Unmenschliche der Todesstrafe, Folterungen, Misshandlungen und unschuldig Verfolgter zu sensibilisieren, mit dem Ziel, ein menschlicheres Bewusstsein für das Miteinander zu entwickeln.

Im nationalen und internationalen Kampf gegen die Todesstrafe, Folterung, Misshandlung und Verfolgung Unschuldiger für die Verständigung der Völker und die Gedanken der Demokratie einzusetzen.

Finanzielle, moralische und emotionale Unterstützung der Verteidigung dieser Menschen.

§ 2 Gemeinnützigkeit

Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige Zwecke im Sinne des Abschnitts „Steuerbegünstigte Zwecke“ der Abgabenordnung. Der Verein ist selbstlos tätig. Er verfolgt nicht in erster Linie eigenwirtschaftliche Zwecke. Mittel des Vereins dürfen nur für die satzungsgemäßen Zwecke verwendet werden. Die Mitglieder erhalten keine Zuwendungen aus Mitteln des Vereins. Es darf keine Person durch Ausgaben, die dem Zweck des Vereins fremd sind, oder durch unverhältnismäßig hohe Vergütungen begünstigt werden.



Lethal Injustice Rob Will e.V. ist ein, beim Registeramt Leipzig, Deutschland, eingetragener und ein gemeinnütziger anerkannter Verein. Unser Hauptziel ist es derzeit das Interesse für Rob´s Fall zu wecken und zu steigern und Spenden für seine rechtliche Verteidigung zu sammeln. Lethal Injustice Rob Will e.V. arbeitet eng mit dem Robert Will Defense Committee zusammen. Da wir ein gemeinnütziger Verein sind, ist es uns gestattet Spendenquittungen auszustellen. Jeder Geldbetrag den wir durch Spenden und den Erlös unserer verkauften Artikel einnehmen kommt Rob´s Verteidigung und seiner Kampagne zugute. Spender werden regelmäßig darüber informiert, wie und wofür ihre Spenden genutzt werden.

Purpose of the Association is the national and international fight against the death penalty, torture, ill-treatment and prosecution of innocent people, as well as financial, moral and emotional support for the defence of those people.

Promotion of assistance to political, racist or religious haunted as well as assistance to victims of crime.

Promote the rescue from mortal danger.

The promotion the welfare of prisoners and former prisoners.

The population to enlighten and to develop a more human awareness of the balance for the inhuman of the death penalty, torture, to sensitize abuses and innocent persecuted in order.

To stand up in the national and international fight against death penalty, torture, abuse and persecution of innocence people for understanding between nations and the thoughts of democrazy.

Financial, moral and emotional support of the defense of these people.

§ 2 Benefit to the public

The Association pursues exclusively and directly non-profit purposes in the sense of the section “Tax-deductible purposes” of the tax code. The Association is selflessly. He is not tracked primarily self-economic purposes. Funds of the Association may be used only for the statutory Uses. Members receive no allowances from the means of the Association. No person may by expenses, which are alien to the purpose of the Association, or by benefit disproportionately high remuneration.



About Lethal Injustice Rob Will e.V.

Lethal Injustice Rob Will e.V. is a non-profit organization approved and official registered with the German governemnt. Our purpose among others things is the national and international fight against the death penalty, torture, ill-treatment and prosecution of innocent people, as well as financial, moral and emotional support for the defense of those people.

Our main goal is currently to raise awareness about Rob’s case and to raise funds for his legal defense. Therefore, Lethal Injustice is also part of Robert Will Defense Committee. We have a tax number and are authorized to issue donation receipts. All contribution from donations and merchandise will be used exclusively for Rob’s defense and for his campaign. Donators will be informed periodically what their donations are used for.
