Student Movement for Real Change (SMRC) empowers a generation of young leaders to identify and develop sustainable solutions to health and education challenges in partnership with developing communities.
We have developed a proven method for young leaders to implement community-based development projects through our Global Development Program which offers internship and fellowship experiences for projects and social enterprises to be developed, fostered and implemented.
We envision an empowered generation answering poverty. As young leaders work in partnership with community members to identify and develop sustainable and entrepreneurial solutions and garner support in the United States for their project vision, a movement of individuals working to answer the poverty question will grow.
