What’s it about
- Supporting Trans, Inter, and Non-Binary (TIN) Individuals and Speaking Up for Their Rights: TIN people in Berlin still face discrimination and violations of their rights. We want to support TIN-Rechtshilfe e.V., which provides important legal, psychological, and social support to TIN individuals whose rights have been violated.
- Support for Queer Ukrainian Refugees: Many LGBTQIA+ people leaving Ukraine to escape the war there are facing challenges and risks that are unique to their situation. ORAM helps queer refugees rebuild their lives with dignity and security.
Deloitte employees can attend our CSD events at no cost, but we invite you to take this opportunity to contribute to a cause that aligns with our shared values of support and solidarity. We encourage you to make a voluntary donation of an amount of your choice. As a reference: We’d be very happy about a contribution of 20 € per person – last year, the average was 35 € per donation. While you don't have to donate, your generosity can have a big impact on the lives of those who benefit from the associations' important work. You will automatically receive a donation receipt via email in February of the following year for tax deduction purposes.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps local organizations provide emergency relief, legal aid, counseling, and safe spaces for those who need it most. Join us in showing that Pride is more than a celebration: It's a promise to stand together and support each other. We can work together to make long-lasting changes for queer individuals in and around Berlin.

We’re happy to share that all donations totaling € 3,196 – including Deloitte’s contribution – have now been successfully forwarded to the supported organizations via our Betterplace campaign.
