GLOBE Pride Initiative Fundraising Campaign

The GLOBE Pride Initiative at Deloitte is dedicated to championing diversity, inclusion, and equality within our firm and beyond. This year, our commitment goes beyond participation in the Christopher Street Day (CSD) celebrations; we are determined to make a significant impact by raising additional funds for a vital queer association that supports the LGBTQ+ community. 🌈❤️

We are excitedly looking forward to the CSD as our next major event. Earlier this spring, we hosted an engaging multi-day workshop as part of the Pride Innovation Challenge, fostering creativity and innovation within our community and within Deloitte. Additionally, we regularly hold internal Pride Talks on various queer topics, ensuring ongoing education and support within our organization. 💡📚

As a Deloitte employee, your attendance at the CSD event is entirely free of charge. However, we invite you to take this opportunity to contribute to a cause that aligns with our shared values of support and solidarity. We encourage you to make a voluntary donation of an amount of your choice (we suggest around 20€). While this is not obligatory, your generosity can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who benefit from the association’s important work. Your donations are eligible for a donation receipt, which you will automatically receive via email in February of the following year for tax deduction purposes. 🎊🌟
