Greetings, Everyone π
This is my today's training:
I went for a 10km run in the morning. Then I had a one-hour CrossFit training in the evening. We did warm-up, Hang snatch, and Squat Snatch in the weightlifting session. Then we had burpees and some more squat snatches in the Workout Of the Day (WOD) session. It was a great session all together π.
