Gemeinsam stark – für Menschen, Tiere und Umwelt

Wir haben das Glück in einem Umfeld zu leben, in dem es uns an nichts fehlt. Leider ist dies nicht überall so und vielerorts wird dringend Hilfe gebraucht. Wir gehen daher gemeinsam beim VivaWest Marathon an den Start, um für den guten Zweck zu Laufen und laden Dich ein, uns zu unterstützen. Mit Deiner Hilfe können wir viel erreichen. 

Wir, das sind 20 engagierte Läuferinnen und Läufer von Eaton CEAG, haben einige Aktionen gefunden, die uns besonders am Herzen liegen. 

Viele Dinge sind für uns selbstverständlich, wie eine warme Mahlzeit, ein sicheres Zuhause oder ein gesunder Lebensraum. Tatsache ist, dass dies nicht für jeden selbstverständlich ist. Wir sind der Meinung, dass es in unserer Verantwortung liegt etwas zu tun. Jeder Einzelne kann etwas bewirken doch wir wollen auch im Großen etwas bewegen. Daher wollen wir zusammen mit Dir Organisationen unterstützen, die sich in Deutschland und der Welt für Menschen und unsere Umwelt stark machen.

Sei es durch die Unterstützung von Kindern, die ohne Frühstück aus dem Haus gehen und keine warme  Mahlzeit bekommen. Wir möchten der Arche bei ihrer Arbeit helfen, Kinder mit Frühstück und warmen Mahlzeiten zu versorgen.

Unser alltäglicher Konsum sorgt dafür, dass der tropische Regenwald immer mehr verschwindet. Bäume bedeuten Leben, verbessern unser Klima und sichern den Lebensraum vieler Lebewesen. Lasst uns aktiv bei der Wiederaufforstung helfen.

Der Klimawandel betrifft uns alle. Extreme Wetterereignisse wie Überschwemmungen oder Dürren treten immer häufiger auf.

 

Unsere Meere sind voller Plastik. Vielen Menschen ist nicht bewusst, wie viel wir dem Meer zu verdanken haben und wie bedroht die Ozeane durch Verschmutzung sind. Mit der „Maritimen Müllabfuhr“ wurde ein Konzept entwickelt, um Meeresmüll zu sammeln und nachhaltig zu verwerten. Die Zerstörung von Lebensräumen muss beenden werden, um Ökosysteme und Spezies nachhaltig zu schützen und zu erhalten.

Unsere Tierindustrie weist grausame Zustände auf. Auch hier wird dringend Hilfe benötigt. „Animal Equality“ arbeitet auf internationaler Ebene daran, die Grausamkeiten in der Massentierhaltung zu beenden. Das Ziel ist ein friedliches Miteinander und eine gerechtere Gesellschaft für alle. 

Jetzt sind wir auf Euch angewiesen und wir würden uns riesig freuen, wenn wir mit Deiner Unterstützung unser sportliches Ziel von 5.000 Euro erreichen können.

Strong together - for people, animals and the environment

We are lucky to live in an environment where we lack nothing.

Unfortunately this is not the case everywhere and in many places help is urgently needed. Therefore we will do the VivaWest Marathon to run for a good purpose and we would like to invite you to support us.

Together we can achieve a lot. 

We are a team of 20 runners from Eaton CEAG and we found some organizations that are close to our hearts. 

Many things we take for granted, such as a warm meal, a safe home or a healthy environment. But this is not a given for everyone.

We believe that it is our responsibility to do something.

Each individual can make a difference, but we also want to make a big difference. Therefore we want to support organizations together with you, that are active in Germany and throughout the world for humans and our environment.

For example supporting children who leave the house without breakfast in the morning and don't get a warm meal. We would like to help the Arche in its work to provide children with breakfast and warm meals.

Our daily consumption of products and energy contributes to the fact that the tropical rainforests disappear more and more. Trees mean life, improve our climate and secure the habitat of many living beings. Let us actively help with reforestation.

Climate change affects us all. Extreme weather conditions such as floods or droughts are becoming increasingly frequent.

Our seas are full of plastic. Many people are not aware of how much we owe to the sea and how threatened the oceans are by pollution. With the "Maritime Garbage Collection" a concept was developed to collect marine garbage and to recycle it sustainably. The destruction of habitats must be stopped in order to sustainably protect and conserve ecosystems and species.

Our animal industry is often cruel and unethical. Help is urgently needed. "Animal Equality" is working on an international level to end the cruelties of mass livestock farming. The goal is a peaceful coexistence and a fairer society for all.
