Dear Friends, 

Yesterday Matt and I completed the Berlin Marathon 2017! Conditions were pretty unpleasant but we both managed to get round in our target times and, apart from the usual aches and pains, we are all in one piece.

Knowing that we were running for such a good cause certainly helped us to drag ourselves across the finish line. Thank you once again for your support and generosity. All proceeds (currently 2100 Euros) will be donated at the end of this week.
