Noahs haunted party - Do we always need partybags?

I like partybags, even if my mother says it is always difficult to make them interesting and not too trashy AND not spending too much money. This year I decided that I will donate the money that my parents would have spend for the partybags for my haunted party, to people that not even have enough money to have a party.
