KlassenKumpel – Together, We Serve Hope.

A meal today, a future tomorrow.

KlassenKumpel is a student-led initiative from WHU that connects young people in Germany with children in Burundi. In cooperation with Welthungerhilfe, we raise funds to provide school meals - ensuring children can learn without the barrier of hunger.

How It Works

👫 Students Take Action – Over 100 Tradity volunteers organize fundraisers and raise awareness in schools.
✔️ Direct Impact – Every euro funds school meals, improving education and health in Burundi.
🔹 Easy Giving – Donations are collected through QR codes, digital platforms, and school campaigns.

Why It Matters

In Burundi, hunger prevents many children from attending school. A single meal can determine whether a child gains an education or falls behind. KlassenKumpel leverages the power of students to create real impact - turning small donations into daily school meals that improve concentration, attendance, and long-term opportunities for children.
