Worum es geht
Hi all, I am fundraising for Kinderhilfe, a German non profit that supports children with cancer. They are helping me run the Berlin Marathon in my father, Klaus's memory.
Klaus was born and raised in Germany and came to the US to attend university and work in finance. He accomplished both successfully and ended up falling in love with my mom, who I will be running with! Klaus sadly passed away of a sudden heart attack on September 4th, 2019, just 3 weeks from running his first marathon, the Berlin Marathon.
I now have the opportunity to finish the marathon, my first ever, in his memory, in the year of his 5th anniversary, and in the 50th Berlin Marathon. It is all a bit karmic and beautiful, and I would LOVE AND APPRECIATE you forever if you decided to donate to my run!
The person who donates the highest amount will receive a baked good/bread of their choice and a personal thank you note!
