FRANKFURT MARATHON 2023 for Kids in Ukraine

I trust this message finds you in good health and spirits.

As you may recall, earlier this year, I took on the IRONMAN European Championships 2023, an endeavor that many of you generously supported. For those of you interested, please see the following link for impressions of the event (4:20 & 17:38 😉) :

Together, we raised significant funds for our charity initiative, directly benefiting the resilient and hopeful children in Ukraine, who are suffering from Russia‘s war in Ukraine. Thanks again to all of you for your generous support!

Encouraged by the impact we’ve made and the ongoing needs of these young individuals, I’ve decided to extend my commitment by participating in the Frankfurt Marathon 2023 on October 29, 2023:

My goal is to transform the dedication and effort required for this marathon into tangible aid for the children in Ukraine.

Having already established our charity during the Ironman event, I am reaching out once again, hoping to rely on your gracious support. Our collective efforts have already made a notable difference, and I am confident that we can continue this positive trajectory.

To express my gratitude for your contributions and to add an element of engagement, I am pledging the following:

1. At EUR 500: I will wear a meaningful and symbolic item for the last mile, representing our shared commitment to the children's cause, suggestions are welcome, e.g. a GB cap which I have worn at the IRONMAN.

2. At EUR 1000: I will commemorate our achievement with a moment of reflection and gratitude at the finish line, acknowledging each contributor by name.

3. At EUR 2000: I will run the marathon adorned with a message of hope and solidarity, visually representing our support for the children in Ukraine.

Your donation, no matter the size, is an integral part of this mission. Each contribution brings us a step closer to providing much-needed support and resources to these children, fostering a brighter and more secure future for them.
