I finished the marathon in 3 hours 57 minutes. My legs and bones will never forgive me.

I'm running the Paris marathon on April 2nd and would like to raise money for Hawar.help.

Hawar run sports programs for girls in Germany and Northern Iraq (Scoring Girls).

The organisation is also a vital lobbying voice in Berlin for human rights for women and minorities in Iran and the Middle East under the banner Woman.Life.Freedom / Jin.Jiyan.Azadi

Hawar changes people's lives for the better on both the macro and micro levels. it was instrumental in forcing the German government to recognise the genocide of the Yazidi minority under Daesh's brutal rule in Iraq.

Hawar is one of the loudest voices in Germany drawing public attention to the plight of women in Afghanistan and the feminist revolution in Iran.
