KARL STORZ Call for Donations for Turkey and Syria

On February 6, 2023, the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria occurred. At KARL STORZ, we are shocked by what the natural desaster has left in its wake in terms of devastation and personal fate. The pictures and reports from television and newspapers also gives an idea on the immense damage to property, but above all the psychological strain that has been caused to the many people affected. Humanitarian aid is therefore currently urgently needed – especially in the form of monetary donations. Therefore, we as #TeamKARLSTORZ would like to set an example and become active with this call for donation as well.
 
There is no doubt that the people on the ground need all the support they can get now. That is why we have initiated this voluntary call for donations within our organization. Colleagues around the globe are cordially invited to participate. Because together we are always stronger! This is a great way to raise money for professional aid initiatives, such as the Red Cross.

Spendenaufruf von KARL STORZ anlässlich des Erdbebens in der Türkei und in Syrien
 
Am 6. Februar 2023 ereignete sich ein verheerendes Erdbeben in der Türkei und in Syrien. Auch wir bei KARL STORZ sind schockiert darüber, was die Naturkatastrophe an Verwüstung und persönlichen Schicksalsschlägen hinterlassen hat. Die Aufnahmen aus dem Fernsehen und den Zeitungen lassen nur erahnen, welche immensen Sachschäden, aber vor allem auch seelischen Belastungen bei den vielen Betroffenen entstanden sind. Humanitäre Hilfe wird daher aktuell dringend benötigt – vor allem in Form von Geldspenden. Daher möchten auch wir als #TeamKARLSTORZ ein Zeichen setzen und mit diesem Spendenaufruf aktiv werden. 

Zweifellos brauchen die Menschen vor Ort derzeit jede Unterstützung, die möglich ist. Deshalb haben wir diesen freiwilligen Spendenaufruf innerhalb unserer Organisation initiiert. Kolleginnen und Kollegen rund um den Globus sind herzlich eingeladen, sich zu beteiligen. Denn gemeinsam sind wir immer stärker! Dies ist eine gute Möglichkeit, Geld für professionelle Hilfsinitiativen, wie zum Beispiel für das Rote Kreuz zu sammeln.
