We do 108SunSalutations - You help Kids wTrauma!

Wollen wir zusammen was richtig Gutes machen? Am internationalen Yogatag am 21. Juni machen wir 108 Sonnengrüsse und unterstützen damit die Aktion „Hilfe für hochbelastete, traumatisierte Kinder & Jugendliche“ von Wendepunkt e.V.. Ich habe mir diese Organisation ausgesucht, weil ich Traumahilfe super wichtig finde und mich der Film #WisdomOfTrauma diese Woche berührt hat. Wir freuen uns über deine Unterstützung, denn wirklich jeder Beitrag hilft!

Let´s do something really good together! On International Yoga Day 21st of June, we do 108 SunSalutations and raise money to support "Help for highly stressed, traumatized kids & teens" from Wendpunkt e.V.. I chose this organization because I think their work is super important and I was highly inspired by the Film #WisdomOfTrauma earlier this week.
