a different type of present - Kinderzug!

Hello lovely people,
 It seems that my birthday is around the corner. It appears that sooner than I expected I will turn 22, apparently next week already. Hence I would like to celebrate this lovely occasion which consists of me getting older with you.

In the event that some of you would like to get me a present (thank you for that) instead of a physical gift to me, I would like to ask you to make a donation to the "Kinderzug" instead.

The Kinderzug is a yearly pilgrimage to Lourdes, France I have done a couple of times, for children and teenagers with illnesses or handicaps. During this week a group of ca. 50 kids have the possibility to leave their foster homes and clinics and go on a train trip from Germany to Lourdes, France. Each kid is assigned to a personal volunteer who takes care of him/her from morning till evening. It is an incredible experience for the kids and a week of excitement, lots of laughter and actually, for most of them pure happiness!
For some of them, this trip is the only time they leave their home in the year. As most of it is free of charge for the kids, the Kinderzug only relies on donations in order to be able to continue. Hence, it would be awesome if you could help me out contributing to this charity!
