B. Akoto L.A Basic School has been established for quite some years now. And it is situated at Senchi Ferry which is in the Asougyaman district of Ghana (eastern region).it is since made up of only the basic schools (primary 1-6) without the Junior High. This help goes for children who completes primary six and will have to get into the high school.
Since there is no junior high system in the school, children have to migrate to other schools in different towns or villages before they would be able to attain this level certificate which is mostly disappointing to them. The school therefore needs the urgent completion of the four unit block in other to accommodate children moving from the primary six to the JHS.
The school has already started the building of this block and has not been able to complete it and therefore needs help to accomplish the purpose for which it is set.
This will therefore enable the school to be recognized as a complete basic first cycle institution. Since there is no JHS, the school therefore does not offer any certification to children since they will have to go to another school. B.Akoto therefore needs this system so that they will be able to have a straight basic first cycle education.
PROJECT INFORMATION
A four unit block completion which involves;
1. Three classrooms for the JHS 1-3 well lightened and spacious rooms.
2. Staff room
