Donation Run for UnTechoParaMiPais Colombia

Dear friends and family,

We are ten motivated runners, novices and routiniers, who will be running the Rotterdam marathon this year. But we are not only passionate runners, but are also passionate about social projects that make a difference. This year, we will be supporting the Latin-American NGO 'UnTechoParaMiPais' (A roof for my country) with its work in Colombia. It tries to alleviate poverty through building emergency shacks hand in hand with the locals. Day after day young volunteers work in these marginalized settlements to create a more dignified life for their fellow countrymen. The heat or their lack of sleep does not deter them because they have the same goal: To alleviate poverty. Some of our runners, such as Ben, have worked for the organization on site.

We know that the fight against poverty is tantamount to a marathon. But everything starts with a first step. We want to contribute one house for one family in Barranquilla, Colombia. Please contribute so that more families have a dignified dwelling and these enthusiastic volunteers can continue doing their great work. Thank you very much!
