Worum es geht

Den Hamburg Marathon am 21. April habe ich erfolgreich absolviert und nun auch die Halbmarathons in Stuttgart am 23. Juni und Karlsruhe am 22. September! Ich lief wieder für morning tears, und es ist mir zumindest ein klein wenig gelungen, auf das Leid von Kindern von Strafgefangenen in dem gebeutelten Land Kambodscha aufmerksam zu machen. Ihr wisst, wie sehr ich in Asien "verwurzelt" bin, mir ist es dort immer gut gegangen, und davon möchte ich jetzt etwas zurück geben.
Ich renne daher auch weiterhin mit dem Logo von "morningtears" auf Brust und Rücken, und über einen kleinen Beitrag für Kinder in Not würde ich mich sehr freuen!
Wenn nicht diesmal, dann vielleicht anlässlich der Läufe in Karlsruhe (Halbmarathon) oder Berlin (Marathon), meine weiteren diesjährigen Läufe.

I finished the Hamburg Marathon of April 21st successfully, and the half marathons in Stuttgart on 23 June and Karlsruhe on 22 September as well. I could draw at least a little attention to the suffering of the children of prisoners in the very poor country of Cambodia. You all know how much I am rooted in Asia, I have always been happy there and now I want to give something back.
I will continue running with the logo of "morning tears" on front and back of my running shirt and I would be happy if you want to donate for the project below!
If not this time then maybe when I run in Karlsruhe (half marathon) or Berlin (marathon) - my planned races this year!
