Andreas' charity marathon

Dear Friends,
As I was training for my first ever marathon in New York in 2004, I had that crazy idea of running one marathon on every continent. Only three kids and eight years later, I'm about to embark on number two (this time in Istanbul on November, 11th 2012.)
I plan to combine all my future marathons with a good cause: so this is a trial! If it works well, I won’t wait eight years again!
The charity I picked is called CBSM (Community Breakthrough Support Mission). It is a school providing education for 350 orphans and vulnerable children in Kimilili / Western Kenya.
CBSM is a registered charity organisation under the umbrella of the Rütli Stiftung (Trust) in Switzerland, founded in July 2011.
What I like about the organisation is that 100% of all donations go directly to the needy children as all administrative costs are covered, privately, by the CBSM board.
I want to help them because the school suffers from a very precarious environment including: no toilets or running water, structural instability, and unsuitable learning conditions to house the 350 schoolchildren.
The 10’000 Euros will allow building another of the ten classrooms required. This will provide a safe and clean learning environment for up to 800 children.
