Ärzte für die Dritte Welt e.V. schickt Ärztinnen und Ärzte in neun Projekte auf den Philippinen, in Indien, Bangladesch, Kenia, Sierra Leone und Nicaragua. Die Projekte werden von jeweils zwei bis acht Ärzten an den Standorten unterstützt, zusätzlich sind auf der Insel Mindanao (Philippinen) und in Ocotoal (Nicaragua) je eine Zahnärztin bzw. ein Zahnarzt im Ärzte-Team.


Fast jeder fünfte Mensch muss von weniger als 1,25 US-Dollar/Tag leben. Hinzukommen Hunger, Krankheiten, Gewalt und Kriege. Um den Menschen in unseren Projekten zu helfen, setzt sich Ärzte für die Dritte Welt e.V. ein.

Unsere Arbeit beruht auf den folgenden Leitlinien:
- Unsere Arbeit ist ein Zeugnis für den Wert und die Würde des Einzelnen.
- Unsere Arbeit ist ein Zeugnis für die Solidarität mit den Menschen.
- Wir achten die Kultur und die Religion der Menschen.
- Alle armen und kranken Menschen, die sich an uns wenden, sollen von uns die bestmögliche medizinische Hilfe erhalten.
- Wir sind politisch und missionarisch neutral.

    Dear Friends!
    Many greetings from BASS – India, a better Place Germany projects. I humbly request you to kindly sponsor our projects through your organization. We are working for the welfare of poor children and communities in Guntur district, India for the last 33 years. Unfortunately are not able to get supporters for our projects in Better Place. Some of the individuals and companies instructing us that we need a fiscal tax exemption organization from Germany to support our projects. Currently we have 3 projects in Better place. Therefore I humbly requesting you to kindly extend your collaboration and partnership to the children in India and add our projects in your organization to get supporters.
