    About this project

Anna Mikolajczak from Regine Sixt Kinderhilfe Stiftung is responsible for this project
Inclusion is given a high profile in the Pfennigparade. For almost 70 years, the foundation has been committed to the integration of people with physical disabilities. To make a self-determined life possible for them, the Pfennigparade offers professional support in the areas of housing, education, work and health. The Pfennigparade also works to ensure that children and young people with physical disabilities can participate in sports and leisure activities. With the help of the adapted skibob, these children are given the opportunity to take part in joint sports activities such as skiing with their family or friends.

Skibob training offers ideal conditions for the implementation of inclusive goals in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and promotes both physical-motor skills and social-emotional abilities, while at the same time being a lot of fun and enjoyment.

The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation has already supported the Pfennigparade and made it possible for 20 affected families to take part in the joint ski days and for 10 children to attend a five-day training camp. Support the Pfennigparade and enable the children to actively participate in a barrier-free sports and nature experience - for a healthy development and the feeling of belonging!
