Since 1990 the *sowieso* Frauen für Frauen e.V. has been offering a combined concept of culture, counseling, and education. We succeed in a special way to combine free yet protected as well as safe spaces for women and girls.

The *sowieso* has united culture, advice and education for women under one roof since 1990. Here women* can meet and receive support. It is a place that offers protection and space for development.
The aim of our work is to strengthen women* on an individual, interpersonal and social level. We embrace women* in a mindful, empathetic and authentic way.
Our professionalism is based on knowledge, competence and self-reflection. We see ourselves in the constant process of self-development.
We perceive the situation of the women* in the context of their social framework and are sensitive to their changes.
