Bridge of Hope for Tanzania

Our Foundation "Perspektive Hoffnungsbrücke" has a vision for Africa: building a ‚Bridge of Hope‘ – connecting people, communities and organizations. A bridge between two worlds – our world and the world of others that we will connect with and support over time. A bridge of hope, to the benefit of everyone. Our benefit as we experience the love and hope of children in places like Tanzania. And to their benefit as we support their live and development through high quality education. We support schools in Tanzania. Our mission is to empower children to grow up in a secure environment, to enjoy high quality education, to take social responsibility and to build a solid foundation of faith for their lives.
 

Concretely, we are running projects in two Primary Schools in Tanzania (Karama and Dongobesh) where our foundation is funding the construction of four classrooms, procurement of 150 school desks, drilling of a borehole, hygiene training to pupils, procurement of book shelves and text books, and construction of pit latrine in Karama and the construction of a new dormitory in Dongobesh. In addition to this, "Perspektive Hoffnungsbrücke" is conveying scholarships for the most vulnerable children in these two schools in order to allow them to attend school and get a place in the dormitory. 

The onsite project work is conducted by our partners. In case of Karama School we work with World Vision Tanzania that has already established an area development program in Rukoma ward since 2016. For Dongobesh we work with a local organization called LEA Ministry that is responsible for the management of the Primary and Secondary Schools in Dongobesh. 

Please note that 100% of any donation is transferred to the related projects.
