Practical help that arrives:
Since 2008 the Kleine Hilfsaktion e.V.
based in Neuss has been providing practical development aid in Cambodia. In recent years, the association has already implemented two major infrastructure projects in cooperation with the German government. The projects involved the supply of drinking water to schools (WASH)
and the establishment of small organic farms (PPG).
However, the Kleine Hilfsaktion originated from the idea of providing concrete help from person to person. This approach is still firmly anchored in the DNA of the organisation. To mark its 10th anniversary, the association has therefore set up an emergency fund
from which people in need can be helped quickly, unbureaucratically and practically.
- A house has burned down?
- A family member is involved in an accident?
- Children orphaned?
- Families homeless?
- A care case in the family?
- The small relief action helps!
With the money from the emergency fund we bridge the emergency situation, stabilise families and help them to master their lives again in the near future. Our partner organisation Bareebo works locally in Banan/Battambang in northern Cambodia, informs us about where the need is greatest and takes care of the ongoing support of our emergency projects.
