The lesser spotted eagle (Aquila pomarina) is critically endangered in Germany. Less than 100 pairs still breed here (<10 in Brandenburg).
The regional NABU chapter in northern Brandenburg fights the extinction of this iconic species by purchasing, restoring and stewarding valuable grasslands and wetlands as hunting habitats. Our aim is to protect sufficient land in each eagle territory to ensure the survival of a viable regional eagle population.
Please help us secure the necessary funds for the acquisition and management of the most relevant properties!
