Hello everyone! We are Beni, Sami, Jule and Hannah.

We come from all over Germany but will be volunteering together at the Dream School Foundation (DSF) in Bangalore starting September 2017.
Beni, Sami and Hannah have just finished school while Jule is a student of Vocational Education focussing on Design and English. Our motivation to do this project is spending the time before entering new chapters of our lives as meaningful as possible. We believe that by supporting the DSF with our full commitment, we can make a difference for disadvantaged children.

The DSF is a non-governmemtal organisation aiming to provide children of all ages with an uninterrupted and high-quality education to increase their chances of a happier future. Their programs target mostly public schools. As volunteers we will be working in different areas such as PR work, teaching and homework assistance.

The weltwärts-volunteer-program allows young people like us to spend some valuable time abroad. It is financially supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Develpoment (BMZ). The remaining costs of the volunteer program have to be covered by our sending-organisation, the Indo-German Cooperation (DIZ).
As the DIZ finances itself by donations, it is important to us that they will still be able to offer volunteers a chance to go to India in the future and aren't forced to tap into donations that are necessary for the work in India. We therefore appreciate your support!

Thank you and all the best!

Beni, Sami, Jule and Hannah
